Hi, could any one pls advise for the following: after the last update macOS 11.7.2 I found another disk, named: Com.apple.os.update-6ABE53FO7…… My question is can that update disk be deleted without creating problems?

That's an APFS snapshot and it's completely normal.

I can't answer your actual question though as I've never tried deleting it :)

Think it‘s impossible to delete since that IS the OS. Will only see when system booted and not in Recovery.

The Mac is running in that snapshot, while ”Macintosh HD” is the sealed/protected/golden copy of the OS, to prevent malware from making changes to the OS proper.
