I have an ipod that has a vinyl plastic decal sticker on the clickwheel, I thought it would be protective, but I would like to remove it, the clickwheel does not feel as responsive with it on.

I tried to peel, but it feels like it would remove the clickwheel, is there a way to safely remove it without causing damage?

Try heating it a little with a hair drier.
Thanks, that worked, had been wondering how to do this, also, I have had a few issues with this ipod, so will see if maybe full responsiveness will help.

Had it mostly charged, and when I had it in the car today, I tried to turn it on and nothing, the ipod would not power up, checked the toggle switch, it was on, so plugged it in when I got home, and this brought it back to life, among some other issues with songs skipping and freezing, I am not sure what is going on with it.
