Has anyone figured out a way to remove duplicate addresses, emails, and phone numbers from the Wallet & Apple Pay settings? I tried clearing the shipping address from the AppleID website, but that didn’t work. Nor did removing the addresses from my contact card. The fields seem to be populated with data from the AppleID website and contacts. My addresses appear in triplicate.

I don’t have this problem on the iPhone, only the Mac. I’m running Sonoma 14.4.

You can’t. They will always repopulate because those addresses and phone numbers are stored on Apple’s servers and registered to your ID and cards. They are then cross referenced with your bank and financial institutions.

Removal never sticks and they always come back. You can remove some duplicates as they get added over time, but even some of those might return.
