Hi all, I have searched the forums for an answer and didn't find one or I missed it.

I have a 6s currently runnng 10.3.2 and no issues except this one. I can remove an image by "hold
down" and deleting it but I simply cannot get a photo, either sent or received, to give me an option to trash the dang thing. I can get to the pop up screen with the "airdrop" on top and the "more" options. When I touch the "more" options it brings me to another screen but the option for "trash" isn't one of them.

How can I get rid of these photos without deleted the conversations? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Edit: I cannot change the title of thread to read photos instead of images ...

Are you doing it right?

Long-press on the image, then "More...", then tick the one(s) you want to delete, then hit the trash can icon at the bottom left.

Works for me on iOS 10.3.1.
Thank you so much ... I had to turn off 3D touch to get it to work.

I imagine you were pressing too hard. Generally just resting your finger on it lightly is enough.

You can adjust sensitivity in settings though.
I had the setting turned all the way left to "light" touch. I'll have to play around with it because sometimes it works and then it doesn't. Anyhow thanks again everyone.
