I dropped my iPhone, shattered the back glass. It's starting to fall off now.

I can't find any posts on people removing the back glass and not replacing it. Not removing the entire backpiece as a whole. but just removing all the glass off the back.

Im wondering if it would have adverse effects on wireless charging. Should I put a sticker, just a regular sticker, on the area it comes in contact with the my wireless charging stand to prevent physical contact with the metal backplate?

If anyone has any info on this please share, I think it should be OK to remove the glass of the back, and I'm probably gonna try it

If im not mistaken. The back and bezel is 1 piece. So you would have to change the back+bezel.

The rear glass is under the camera bezels which are anchored from the inside of the phone.. If you watch YouTube videos of the removal process, it's definitely something I wouldn't try or have done to my phone by a 3rd party repair facility.. Damage to the wireless charging coil or cameras is very possible not to mention water resistance is definitely gone... If you don't have Applecare+ or don't want to pay the hefty out of warranty replacement cost, I'd just put a skin on the back and stick it in a case and use it as is
