Removing jailbreak

be had my phone jailbroken for quite a long time. I need to send it back to apple for cracks in the plastic. I restored it and it seemed to work fine. Then I noticed the battery icon is in numbers still. Something from boss prefs. That's the only thing I can notice still jailbroken. How can I remove this. Note I've already done a iTunes restore.

DFU restore, and do not restore a backup.
