So yes, after updating to 5.0 I've noticed my podcasts are now included in the general library area of my iTunes (they might have been there before.. I don't remember.. I don't think so). I don't like them there, they should stay in the Podcast section where they belong, not be in both. So is there a way for my to change this? Is there an obvious checkbox I'm overlooking?

If I am not mistaken, the Library contains everything, casts etc... Oddly I was hoping for this feature, as it is a recording in my library.

Go to your 'PODCASTS' folder, select all of your current podcasts. Get Info, and add a grouping, call the grouping podcast. Then create a smart folder with the attributes, grouping, excludes, podcast.

Best I can do, perhaps others can do better.

That's unnecessary, just exclude the Podcast genre.
