So I am thinking about jailbreaking my iPhone 3G version 2.0.1, but I want to make sure that if I install the custom Pwnage 2.0.2 firmware I will be able to remove it if I don't want it. How would I go about restoring a jailbroken 3G to the standard Apple 2.0.1 firmware?

Thanks for the help.

thanks for the help. I though that's what I would need to do, but I wanted to confirm.

also, there is no "pwnage 2.0.2 firmware"

pwnage 2.0.2 is a version of an application that takes the apple official 2.0.1 firmware and modifies it before putting it onto your iphone/ipod

you are still running apple's 2.0.1 firmware, the dev team does not write their own firmware
