iOS Renaming iPhone App

I have almost finished my iPhone app, but want to rename it as I don't like the name I chose in the beginning. Is this easy to do, and if so, how do I do it?

Is it possible to change the .app file as well?

Double click on the target to bring up the Target Info.
Change "Configuration" drop down to "All Configurations"
Scroll down to the packaging section
Change the Product Name
