Renaming iphone Apps?

I cant find rename on cydia.. did they discontinue it or do I need to add a source?

It's maintained by BigBoss, so you should have the correct sources already, provided you haven't remove any.

Have you tried to install it from installer? The last 2 times I tried anything on installer my iPhone froze to the point I needed a restore. I have a 3g.
