Reordering iphone apps via iTunes 9 .. Where is it??

I just installed iTune 9 and my iphone is on fw 3.0.1 ... I have seen some utility which aloows to manage the homescreen of iphone from itunes which i cant see anywhere in itunes.

Is it somethign to do with the new fw (3.1) ?? or has anyone tried it with 3.0.1 and itune 9

I have used this tab but it dosent show the iphone screen next to the list.. do i need to reinstall itunes??

You have to have OS 3.1 for it to work. You'll get the picture provided in the post above.
