I screwed up all the meta data for all of my iTunes downloaded TV shows. Is there a way to repair it?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but there's nothing that can repair the meta data, so you would have to just basically redo all the tagging.
That's what I was afraid of.
Sigh...Time Capsule is in the mail.
You dont need a time capsule to back up your iTunes Library XML file.. It's usually somewhere between 2 - 20 MB, depending on how much stuff you have in iTunes.
Actually, you should have a backup of your iTunes Music Library. On Windows; everytime a new iTunes is released, it backs up the library file.
I thought the only thing that the XML file was used for was to keep track of where all the file locations were for all the media? I doubt it actually has any meta data attached to it.

Most meta data attaches to the file itself. Some stuff such as descriptions are stored in the XML file.
