When I repair permissions, I get the following:

Permissions differ on “Applications/iTunes.app/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/ConvertID3.nib”; should be drwxr-xr-x ; they are -rwxr-xr-x .

Which is saying basically, "Hey! This file I found, it's supposed to be a folder."

I get a whole bunch of those. They're all within /Applications/iTunes.app. Oh, one within Safari.app too.

Why is it saying this? It doesn't make sense.
