Repair Permissions still grayed out for Yosemite DP2 SDD

Can you think of any reason why this so important or sometimes VITAL utility in Disk Utilities is still missing for what is called a Developers preview? I'm still boiling my brains to find one....

All 4 options were grayed out for me in DP1, but with DP2 whey were active again. rMBP 2013.

In DP2 options in Disk Utility are all working for me (were not in DP1)

Thanks for your replies! Perhaps a "removable disk" issue as the SSD RAID0 is installed on a PCIe card.
