Repair Status..Shipped phone back, but apples website says it stil hasnt gotten there

I shipped my phone to apple and kept checking the repair status. The phone is now on its way back but their repair status page still says "empty box shipped." Says nothing about repairs or it being on its way back. Whats going on?
