Have an 8GB iPhone and I recently dropped it jamming the side volume buttons in so they are not working anymore. I found casings with new buttons and was wondering if its possible to take apart and re assemble the iPhone without it looking like crap and working the same afterwards. Just wanted to see if anyone else has done this before I take it on. :apple:

EDIT:
After ajusting my search i found this:

seems to be good steps.

i give you credit for wanting to take that on-- looks a little complicated to me-- good luck with that one!

it doesnt look too bad, i think im just going to get the casing that already has all the skeleton parts on it so I just have to swap over the camera and headphone jack. ive replaced processors in laptops and things so im hoping my electronics skills are with me haha

i am sure they are if you are willing to take that on-- let me know how it turns out for you!
