Would like to know if anyone had suggestions. I had an issue with my iPhone where it wasn't picking up health app data. Chatted with Apple Support online who suggested I do a reset (settings, general, reset, reset all settings). I did that. However, the phone is just stuck on the apple logo. It then stops, sometimes the screen turns red, and it just starts back with the apple logo. it's been doing this for almost two hours.
I decided to shut it. it doesn't shut straight away, takes about 30 seconds. Then connected the phone to my mac. iTunes is not picking it up and it's still stuck on the apple logo. it just keeps restarting and going to the apple logo over and over.
Any ideas around what to do?
