I have a c2d alu imac.
After upgrading to VMWare 2.0.1 I received repeated BSOD crashes on win xp. Everything had been working fine on 1.1.3 I attemped to downgrade back to 1.1.3 and still receive these errors.I receve this response from Microsoft:

http://wer.microsoft.com/responses/....2.0?SGD=13c94da6-519c-44b6-9b3b-01e61ef068cb

My error signature is: BCCode : 1000008e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 : 806373FD BCP3 : EE7AF894
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 768_1

I'm willing to post whatever information is useful (minidump file, dmp file, error codes etc).

Any thoughts?

Just a guess... did you previously install the VMWare Tools?

If so, did you update them after you updated VMWare Fusion?

I tired reinstalling vmware tools and it still crashes. What I really need is some source of help to interpret the windows error messages then I can find hte offending driver/file/program.
