iPod Repeatedly asked to re-authorise Mac

Often, when I play a Fairplay song from iTMS, I'm being asked to authorize my MBP. I authorize, I get a response saying this machine is already authorized (true), and a few minutes later it'll happen again.

Anyone know what's causing this?

Hope it's not Apple's way of bugging people into paying the 30c per song to remove Fairplay!

(As a side-note, iTMS is offering me the 30c upgrade on songs I've never bought. Quite handy, or annoying if you clicked Upgrade All and ended up buying songs you never wanted).

Looks like quite a few bugs in the system.

Thanks, I'll try when I get home this evening. Some of those are a bit different (my problem is that it WILL authorise fine, but will need to be authorised again later), but the last option might work.
