Repeating Three Beeps @ Power-on

Big blue screen. And no - no bootable flash drive here. I have Apple's CD/DVD drive but that's it. There is no data on the Air that I risk loosing. It really was just a web-browsing machine while upstairs or sitting around while the daughter is in her 2.5 hour gymnastics sessions. So good for that I guess. Just ticks me off.
Well first I would see if you can use the drive to boot from the restore discs but all in all there is an issue with the machine and I would take it in. It is nice to see you're not losing any data.
Or a late night, 10 minutes to close etc. Get an appointment though and best to do first thing or last thing and know if you're late you're screwed but if they're late it's probably your problem. Gotta love Apple!
Went to the Apple store to reclaim my Air. A new main board had been installed. Before signing for it I turned it on.
It booted - Yeah!!
Then the kernel panic started immediately after logging on.
Rebooted and all seemed fine. Signed the repair sheet and went on my merry way.
At home, opened the computer to see another kernel panic. Cr*p.
Rebooted. Another kernel panic.
SMC reset.
Better. I start to use the computer.
No - hold on. Still getting panics.
Phone Apple. Do a PRAM reset.
Hey - not bad. The Air stays on. I can't get to the internet because of where I was. No problem. I will go home and play with it.
Spoke too soon. Kernel panic.
Cr*p.

What you are experiencing is what technicians and engineers call marginal RAM meaning it works sometimes but it may stop at any moment.

Then its a defect of the logic board or the techs did not follow anti static procedures while installing your logic board, either way take it back so they can repair it
I managed to keep the Air running long enough to copy the few files from the harddrive to the MacPro via sharing over wireless. It wasn't much - just some dmg/zip files and a few still-available docs from the internet.
Booted from the SL dvd. Used disk utility to zero-out the harddrive. I then reinstalled SL. Now it runs just fine. Not a single kernel panic since 0200 this morning.
There is no way this could not have been noticed by the Apple folks at the Genius Bar.

Hmm that is true, theres no way. Even i am surprised but it is not the first time i see this. Just keep using your mba and dont use it for sensitive files just incase your hd fails.

Makes me wonder if some key files were corrupted due to the bad memory. Hopefully, the fresh install will be the long term fix.
idk about the Air, but usually 3 beeps and no boot(blank screen, no apple, usually blue or white) on any other apple means that ram was installed in correctly, or the ram modules are bad, since ram is permanently attached to the motherboard, they have to replace it
