Other Replaced one phone? Replace the other?

I got my Max replaced today and it is so much better than my last Max. I decided to compare it to my kid’s XR. His XR is so much slower than mine. We did 30 speed tests while walking near UCLA. We held the phones next to each other. We walked about a mile total. During that time, my Max was always 4 times faster on speed tests compared to the XR. The XR also spent some time on 4g not lte and my Max did not. This is how my other phone performed. We cycled the data on and off many times to see if that would help. I think I will make an appt for the XR. Anything else you would do to confirm the inferior speeds? We made videos of all the tests.
