I had to get my launch day Airpod Pros replaced b/c I was having too many unusual issues in the last month or two. Either airpod pro not charging in case correctly, sound completely cutting out(not disconnecting), unusual failing beeps with full battery airpod pros and a couple of other smaller issues.

I received my replacement airpod pros plus new case within 3 days of talking to Apple support. However, when I connect to an apple device I see no serial number in settings. It is just a 1. I can see a serial number inside the case, but I am confused on why it doesn't show in Settings like the originals did.

Anyone else had that issue?

I got a replacement for my right AirPod last week. The serial number now shows as 1 in settings. So, you are not alone:)
