Hey,

my left airpod pro started to act up so I got a replacement from Apple. I attached the case to the power, put both AirPods in and immediately, a red light started to flash. It’s doing this since 20 minutes now. No matter how long I press the button or so.
Funny enough, when I put them to my ears now, the left one, so the new one is playing sound but the old and good working right one is silent. Do you guys have any advice beyond ignoring them in the Bluetooth setting and pressing that button on the backside? I’m desperate..

What I did was forget the device. Leave it alone on charge for 30 minutes then I tried the long press to reset it. It was a pain, but eventually it worked.

For me, I called tech support and it started working while on hold....

thanks a lot, in fact after letting them sit and figure it out by themselves, it finally started to work! :)

A quick question about AirPods Pro replacements, do they come with tips, or rather a tip when replacing just one? Medium? Large? Small?

EDIT: For anyone else wondering, mine came with small, medium and large tips. Out of warranty replacement, so I guess that makes sense. Nice surprise all the same.
