I had a pair of AirPods Max that had a faulty lightning port so I sent them to Apple 3 weeks ago for repair. Apple decided that they were faulty and they sent me out a replacement pair, which I received yesterday. I put them on charge and I turned them on to connect to my phone and it won't connect at all, not even through normal Bluetooth methods on my iPhone and Macbook. I have tried to reset it multiple times and can't seem to fix it. Any help?

Try factory resetting them, Switch bluetooth off on your phone and back on again and reboot your phone . If that doesn’t work then I think you may have a faulty seat again so it will be a call to Apple

I think it probably will be another repair/replacement. I can't believe it, 2 faulty pairs in a row.
