I have a g4 14" ibook and the battery recently crapped out and only gets 20 minutes of charge unplugged. I want to buy a new battery but I was curious if any of you could recommend a place to buy it besides the apple store. A quick look shows that owc sells higher capacity batteries for the same price and I wasn't sure if there were other places to look. I vaguely heard of someone a while ago talking about sending in their battery to be recelled and it was a lot cheaper than buying a brand new one but I can't find a place the offers a service like that.

to be completely honest,
i'm not sure how the price compares to apple's battery pricing, but they offer more powerful batteries, and i know they are a fairly popular brand... i always imagined i would get my replacement batter from this company, so here, take a look!
