i'm about to call to ask for a replacement refurb i7 27" as mine just arrived with a 3/4 yellow screen.

i returned a refurb mbp last year b/c of some problems and they sent me a new one with upgraded ghz b/c they were out of the one i bought.
i'm sure they have plenty of the last gen. 27"ers so i they're probably not giving me a new one.
i use the computer with the customers in my shop with printing, design and point of sale. it's my only computer and sending it back will leave me without a computer for a few days which is not good. are they willing to send another BEFORE i send it back so i won't be without a computer in the shop? how much will they bend and what do they need to hear in order to help me?

do you guys have any stories of replacement upgrades, credits, or other help?
 
I think you should explain it to them. If they cannot find any solution, you should request a 1-2 days or the fastest shipping they have for free, that might work :D
