I think the only thing I'm still really missing is the ability to put whatever apps I want in the Control Center, paging them by fours with swipes to the left, which CCToggles did perfectly for me. Are there any iOS 8 compatible apps that do this?

Activator can do all that even better and of course CCQuickPro is great option too.

Currently using ccsettings but it doesn't do everything CCToggles did. You can only change the toggles at the top of the cc, not the apps at the bottom. Any of the others allow setting both?

I looked at CCQuickPro, but couldn't figure out how to add my own apps to it. Did I miss it?

Just open those and they will show up at the bottom row. You can put them in the first row over settings in CCQP.

Yes flip control center is available, but it's in beta. It works for me but I've had to struggle to have a few changes stick (rearrangement of the icons doesn't always seem to stick).

I think you'll want QuickActivator. It integrates with Activator so literally everything you can do with Activator can be placed on the top and/or bottom rows of CC.

I'm using CCSettings for the time being. I am waiting for the ability to customize the bottom row and add custom apps down there. The only tweak I am aware of that can do that is CCToggles. So I wait...

Thanks for this. This tweak is perfect. Really recommend this one. Actually like it better than CCToggles.
