Replacement for Hotline?

Ok, I'm way behind the times bringing up Hotline, but it was a good tool that I used to connecting with some clients. It's been awhile and now I need to try to set something up again...I'm not sure what or how.

Hotline was great because I could turn on the server and share with only whom I needed to share with. I don't want to via any of these p2p services for the obvious reasons..

So, what's out there...open source hopefully?
