Note: Please forgive my grammar.

I had my iPadPro 12.9 repaired by Mail-in service here in Power Mac Center Philippines (Authorized by Apple) because it has a backlight-bleeding defect. PMC did confirm the defect and sent me a replacement unit.

Now the problem is that the replacement unit has a warm yellowish display(I don't like it) while my original unit has a cooler white display, I even went to a nearby Power Mac Store to compare the replacement unit to the store's display and even the sales clerk agreed that the replacement unit has a yellowish display.

I decided to have it mailed back to PMC again for a replacement, at first they insist that this is not a defect but after a few return calls from me they decided to take the unit back for testing but did not guaranteed that a replacement will happen.

Today November 5, they called me and said that they could no longer replace it since that the yellowish display is not a functionality issue, but more of cosmetic issue or more of my preference. They also cleared that both warm and cool display exists for iPadPro. Now my questions are:

1. My original iPadPro has a cooler-white display, why is it not an issue for PMC to replaced it with a Yellowish display?

2. Also if for functionality issue, this yellowish display will actually put constraints to my actual function/purpose for my iPadPro since I used it with the Apple Pencil for presentations and illustrations which color accuracy is important. Is this not considered?

3. Again related to no.1 should PMC replaced my iPadPro with the exact working specification/preference with my original unit whether it is just the unit's color or Display Type?

Please I want to hear any answer that could make any sense to my case.

Thank you all.
John
