Today I learnt the hard way that if you use the wrong type and quality of Phillips head screwdriver, you run the risk of stripping the head of the screw. While it ain’t too bad, it just kinda looks off to me. I have to get my (diagnosed) OCD under control...

Wondering if there are any wholesale Phillips screws of this size (and their little washers, too).

USB-C cable for scale.

That looks like a #6-32 screw.

The common type of larger case screws are #6-32 and M3-0.50. PSU, case, 3.5" HDD are typically #6-32. Optical drives, Floppy and 2.5" are typically M3-0.50. Fans often use KB5 and some thumbscrews are #4-40.

Edit: Another fun thing with screws. Sometimes you get ones which no Phillips screwdriver seems to fit. They may not be Philips. They may be JIS or new JIS.
