I had an appointment at the Genius Bar Thursday due to my watch not working.

He took one look and issued a replacement.

I was given the choice of pick up or delivered to my home address.

I chose store pick up as he said it would be the fastest option.

I was just wondering if anyone knew a rough time frame(I feel lost without my watch!).

Thanks!

Wouldn’t you be best asking the store itself? How are we meant to know their stock allocation?

I mailed in a Watch once.

It took one day and a half to get there, two days for them to verify it was indeed not working and issue me a replacement back, and another day for it to arrive. I got it the next business day.

Thanks! Its been almost two weeks since it stopped working and I still look to my wrist for the time!

It's the second apple product that I have had replaced, but my laptop was switched out instore. So I don't really have a reference for them ordering a replacement!

If you have the credit card balance available

you can have them....
issue a replacement and charge the card for a new watch.
once the replacement gets to you, you mail the bad one back in the box the new one came in
when they receive the bad watch back, they refund your card.

when i cracked my s0 screen, it's how i did my replacement, had the new one within a couple days

He took my watch and ordered the new one right in front of me.

I just have to wait it out. It just would have been nice to know a rough time frame.

Seven days!

Received the email at lunch letting me know it was ready for pick up.

Heading there now!
