Judge for yourself:

Some people will think it no problem, others will think: no way.

There is some risk involved, and many steps. Personally, having already replaced a battery on an older (2015) machine, I would only attempt it on an older machine where I have not too much to lose by screwing it up, even though I thought it not very difficult.

How many hours should i get from a 2019 battery?
The usual metric is charge cycles. But this can be greatly reduced by unfavorable practices, like keeping it fully charged all the time, fully discharging many times, and high temperatures. For the 2019 MBP, Apples states a maximum of 1000 charge cycles, but this is under the best conditions. Note also how they define charge cycles.

What makes you believe that the battery NEEDS TO BE replaced?
Are you getting warning alerts?

Apple has a $199 repair program, but I believe they want to see a certain amount of "battery degradation" before they let that apply. I could be wrong about this, and I welcome correction from other forum users based upon their own experiences...

Take it to an Apple Store genius bar.
Have them check it.
ASK about the $199 battery replacement.
