Replacing AirPods

My airpods pro has been acting weird lately and I was thinking to go to the Apple store for a replacement
ANC took a massive hit It wasn’t the same as before
Both of the AirPods doesnt seem loud as before
Randomly both of them would disconnect once in a while

Whats the process like for replacing the AirPods?

I’m in the same situation as you and have the exact same problem as you and would also like to know to.

Should be easy enough assuming they have replacement stock. Just make an appointment and tell them you have connectivity issues. With all the reports of firmware problems shouldn’t be too difficult.
