MP 1,1-5,1 Replacing Airport card in a mac Pro 5,1

One of my Mac Pro's has an Airport WiFi card that only works with El Capitan and lower. I want to replace it by an Airport Card that works with Mojave, Monterey and Sonoma. Is it difficult to disconnect the wires from the old card and connect to the new one? I assume I have to use the wires 1 and 3. I remember it was difficult to connect them to the old card.

If you have big hands, then it can be quite hard.

From my own experience, use tweezers can get the job done easily.
