Is there any method to swap out the stock iOS emojis with the new ones from kitkat (as shown below) in a jailbroken iPhone?

they have one called Emoji Google Theme in cydia its the same as your screenshot, but it only themes it on your end the receivers end will not receive them the same as you see them

The stock ios emoji have way better looking ones and more options to choose from.
