iPod Replacing IPODS in ITUNES

I have a new IPOD-other one broke. If I go to Itunes Store, view my account & go to managed devices, it states that I have 2 authorized devices? How do I remove old IPOD & authorize new IPOD? Do I de-authorize audio account?


Thanks you & I appreciate your help, so I don't have to call my girls. :)
