Replacing my Macbook Pro

I brought a 15'' 2.0GHZ Macbook Pro in march 2006.
I have an heat problem and sometimes, he become very noisy.
I also had a problem with the fan. Is it possible to return it to
the shop where I brought it and have a brand new one in exchange ?

Highly doubt it, because it can be easily corrected by Apple with a simple repair. Unless you bought that laptop at Costco, its very unlikely you can exchange an 8-month old laptop for a brand new one.
