iPhone Repo source error

Hi

I have jailbroken on iphone 4s IOS 7. I have added most of the sources sucessfully, but one of them is giving me an error message, please take a look at the screenshot below. i have nit had this error message on any previous IOS jailbreaks. Has anyone come across this, is there a solution?

You can remove that repo.
Ultrasn0w is on another default repo

You can delete that one, it just holds ultrasn0w which is of no use on a 4S
