reputable macbook pro repair/upgrade

with people talking about the thermal paste fiasco, i find myself wanting to redo the thermal paste, but not wanting to risk screwing up my macbook pro due to my inexperience.

my question is: is there a place on the web that does stuff like this? i would also maybe want to upgrade the hard drive while it's open.

Anyone experienced on laptops in general will be able to address this for you. I'd recommend going to someone local who would be happy to let you oversee as they work on your machine and answer questions for you.

A friend has been suggesting I do something like this, and lease a small office somewhere offering MBP upgrades and repairs like LCD swaps, etc, but I am often drawn away by the filmmaking business so there are times I wouldn't be able to do it.

So there's my advice - find someone local who will let you watch them do it.
