I was wondering if anyone has or can make a dashboard widget for MacRumors forums that shows you your subscribed threads and/or also shows you which threads have new posts. It seems like it would be a whole lot easier for me (and everyone else) to track the threads they've been watching.

PS: I know someone else already posted a ForumSpy widget but, that only shows you EVERY new post instead of just the one's you're watching. I'm not a programmer and have never made a widget before so I don't know how hard it is to make or if it's even possible to do.

Any smart widget creators out there wanna take this on? A lot of us would be extremely grateful I bet.

haven't seen the forum spy widget. care to give me a link? also, you idea you require arn programming a whole ajax "threads you are watching page" which could take a little while. from there, someone could make the feed and a widget that subscribes to that feed. at least im pretty sure it'd have to work that way.
