Rerendering Links in Evernote

QUESTION
Is there a utility to FORCE EVERNOTE to rerender URLs?

Background
Sometimes the Evernote Clipper goes wonky and just saves a webpage URL (not a copy of the webpage). I'd love to comb my Evernote Library & render all those pages that are just URLs

I've never seen it having clipped thousands of web pages. Is it website specific or random? What kind of clip were you doing - Article, Full page ... ? When this happens if you immediately click on the URL and clip the page again in the same way do you get the same results?
