I want to start an online business that uses Apple products to enrich my clients lives. Instead of spending $100K to become a Reseller, can I resell products (mac, iPods, iPads) I bought from an authorized dealer like Amazon? I will also need to be able to use Apple iPhone/iPad apps.

I think it would depend on how familiar you are with Apple hardware. If you have good background knowledge with the hardware, I think it would be better to become a reseller and be able to provide sales, repairs and provide business and customer solutions like you want (don't know how exactly you would be doing your business).

Mainly I don't have the money to become a Reseller, not yet at least.

Would I be breaking any End User Agreement by selling it? Its technically considered USED right? I will be the first owner and my customer is second right?
