Reserve and Pickup in FL/NV

Hi folks,
I'm traveling next week(s) around U.S. and decided (same as last year) the "Reserve and Pickup" a iPhone7(Plus). On Apples site I read, "Reserve and Pickup September 17., 8:00 am".
What timezone means this ? Pacific or local to the store ?
