Reset all on iPad mini 2 and IB 3 came pre installed ?

hi all.. I just want to make sure it is not a hack or something.

I did a erase all on my iPad mini 2 .. Latest iOS. Once completed, I found infinity blade 3 installed ...

I set it up as a new iPad.

Is this some free thing from Apple now?

If you set up your iPad with your Apple ID, it could've downloaded it from the account.

I did .. But why only this .. Why not other app. Hmmm
