Reset Email Password to Permit use of Apple Mail

Spectrum is my internet provider; as such my email is available at
https://webmail.spectrum.net/mail/auth#email and through that server to Mail on my MacBook Pro.

For some reason, I'm not able to get my email through the Mail app. When I attempt to use Mail it asks for my email password, but my password doesn't work. It seems that Spectrum has to reset the password.

What's involved with that, how do I get it done?

Most webmail interface have a place to change password.
