Hi,

I have an iPhone 5S and 7GB is taken by other. I tried various suggestions online (deleting files using iexplorer) and it only claimed a little back.

I have iOS11 PB3 and would like to reset the phone. Do I need to remove the profile or leave it as it is?

Also, I have an apple watch running Watch OS4. Do I need to unpair before resetting the phone, then pair afterwards or leave?

Thanks again for your help :)

Unpair the watch so it's ready to go for repairing. Then go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset all settings and content.

This will wipe your phone. Once that's done you can set it up as new, and yes you will need the profile again. If you don't wanna lose your health and activity data associated with your Apple Watch, make sure to toggle health on in iCloud.

Thanks.

Unpaired, reset, paired and I have space again! Before without photos sync'd. 2gb. Now with them sync'd, over 6GB free :)
