reset the pmu becasue the mini would not sleep now other problems

the new mini would not sleep at all not with the power button and not by clicking sleep. so I followed apples method of unplugging everything holding the power butting and plugging in power then hitting the power button.
well what happened is the fan is running full blast the front power light is off and istat pro only shows hd temps. though the mini seems to be running right but for these. any idea's before I take it in?

Shut it down, unplug it, then plug it back in and power it up normally.

thanks discovered that. it did not fix it. rein stalling lion seems to have worked.
