I have one of those all in one imacs that looks like an old style monitor (tv) I want to reset it back to factory specs so I canget rid of all my crap thats on it so I can pass it to my kids .

How?

One other thing I have lost my mail account, leastways nothing is getting in> It used to get about 300 spam's a day now nothing. Any ideas ?

To "reset" the computer, just format and reload the system and applications that came with the computer. This will wipe out everything you have on there now. So, be sure you have backups of anything valuable.

On your email account, have you checked to see if the account is full? That's a lot of spam.

Ok Thanks, but the next question is HOW? I have the disks that came with it.

I went to wannadoo and empied my mailbox there now it works ,thanks.

You should be able to put the disk in and reboot. This should start the install process. Or you could use the Disk Utility to erase the drive first, then reinstall the OS.
