All Devices Resetting an iPad with the IOS 13 Beta installed

So if you do what the subject heading says will it revert the iPad to a fresh install of IOS 12 or 13? Just curious.

Reset: 13. A restore would be able to put it back to 12.

If you backed up your iPad before installing the iOS 13 beta you can restore from there and have all the data you had while you were on iOS 12.
