iPhone Resetting Jailbreak? Iphone 5

Im trying to sell my Iphone 5 jailbreak, whats the best way to do it with erasing all my stuff and having the jailbreak in place?

Iphone 5 is on IOS 7.0.4.

Can I just reset and re-jailbreak?

If Apple is still signing 7.1.2 you'd be forced to that if you reset the phone. Otherwise, you'd be forced to iOS 8 and the jailbreak would be lost.

You might want to look at iLex Rat. It's in Cydia. Supposed to remove all tweaks an set your phone up as if you had just jailbroken it and installed nothing.

For the first time ever I used iLEX RAT and lost my jailbreak! It was with an iPad Air (cellular) and after using MobilTerminal (#12) all restored as planned yet with Cydia simply not showing up. Nothing. Couldn't locate Cydia in Spotlight either. Just gone!
 
I used semi restore last time and worked perfect on my ipad with 7.0.4
Give that a try.
It erased everything and left the phone stock without any info on it. Just the stock icons and cydia.
All apps, info on it,texts, contacts, email accounts and cydia hacks gone.
 
I tried manually but there's still some pics that require the pc to delete. I'll try that and do a semi restore and hopefully I can just re-jailbreak it after.

How do u do a semi restore?
